my all time #1 favorite song. hands down. not even close.
the words are precisely my philosophy on living. if we were all to live our lives, and to treat others, as if there were no afterlife (which there isn't folks...sorry) then our world would be infinitely more peaceful. our religions and their myth of afterlife has completely fucked this world up. what sense is there in attempting to keep another person alive when you believe that their death is actually a good thing?
'tis true. Fear is the new happiness. seems we ain't happy unless we is scared to death.
fucking nuts.
hey, trying typing xmas on a message board and see if some christian isn't offended. you undoubtedly get this:
"do you call it x-giving? do you call it xoween? why xmas?"
it's as if these people have no sense of life unless theirs is being "attacked" and they're being "persecuted" in some way. what is it about the religionist mind that gives them such a persecution complex? weird.
