that's totally evolution, man. :)
actually, it very well COULD be. not necessarily evolution as much as an expected though random and rare change that DNA goes through. some of these changes are for the good, most are not.
seven legs and both male and female genitalia doesn't sound all that advantageous, but it apparently got around pretty good despite it all. but, his traits wouldn't be able to be passed on (most likely) as it was probably sterile.
creepy though.
and the last line is hilarious! :)
